Meet Ray Bakowski

I've been working in Marin Real Estate since 2006. during my career I have consistently been one of the companies top producing agents. Over the years I've worked in markets that have fluctuated greatly and have developed an array of skills including preparation, pricing and negotiating. My integrity, work ethic and communication skills have led me to work with clients selling multi million dollar homes to working with first time home buyers on their first purchase. I have a background in business, building/remodeling, developing and income properties that allows me a unique view on Real Estate that I can put to work for you.

I often work closely with my wife, Kristin, who's an interior designer and stager (Meis Design.org). We work together as a team to prepare and stage your home for the market with no additional costs to you. My local knowledge, upbeat fun personality and up to date knowledge of markets are invaluable for clients buying or selling in Marin county.

I'm very active in the community, previously on the Fairfax Design Review Board, volunteer and contribute to many local foundations and nonprofits and can be seen on Mt. Tam nearly daily!
